1. Initial load of the site homepage can be a little slow – beyond that, the site is suitably quick.
2. Selection of the start and end date for the rental period was as easy as it could be, and the rental location can be typed into a box, whether it be a city, airport, or state.
3. We entered Chicago as the location, so a new page entered with a choice of specific locations within the Chicago area from which to pick up the rental car.
4. Once locations were selected, we had a broad choice of vehicles. The exact selection is based on what is available at your chosen pickup location for your pickup date, so may differ between locations.
5. One more screen to select additional goodies such as added insurance (check with your current auto insurer first as you may be fully covered without additional insurance), baby seats, and sat-nav options.
6. The final screen gives a total for the rental cost – including taxes and additions – and enabled you to enter in your contact information to confirm the booking.
7. That’s it! All in all, this process took us just over 45 seconds to complete.
